HubSpot Campaigns

Group emails, landing pages, ads, and social under one campaign in Marketing Hub, then see which assets actually moved contacts toward revenue.

HubSpot campaigns let you group related marketing assets, such as emails, landing pages, ads, social posts, blog articles, and forms, under one named campaign in Marketing Hub. Once assets are linked, HubSpot rolls up their performance into a single view, so you can see which campaign drove sessions, new contacts, influenced deals, and pipeline rather than reading each asset in isolation.
What it does

One umbrella over every asset in a launch

Campaigns connect the pieces of a marketing push so the results read as one story.

Group mixed assets

Link emails, landing pages, forms, ads, social posts, blog posts, CTAs, and workflows to one campaign.

Roll up performance

See sessions, new contacts, influenced contacts, and deal influence aggregated across the whole campaign.

Track UTM and ad spend

Attach connected ad accounts and UTM parameters so paid and organic results land in the same place.

Set a budget and goal

Record a planned budget and a contact or revenue goal, then compare actuals against it.

Plan with a calendar and tasks

Use the campaign tasks list and calendar to keep a launch on schedule across the team.

Compare campaigns

Stack campaigns side by side to see which initiative tends to influence the most pipeline.

Reporting

From asset clicks to pipeline influence

A campaign view separates the metrics that signal effort from the ones that signal revenue. You see top of funnel reach and the deals a campaign touched on the way to closing.

  • New contacts first touched by the campaign versus contacts it influenced later
  • Sessions and new contacts attributed to linked assets
  • Influenced and closed revenue when Sales Hub deals are connected
  • Per asset breakdown so you can spot the email or page carrying the result

How to build a campaign in HubSpot

  1. Create the campaignIn Marketing, open Campaigns and create a new one. Name it clearly, for example “Songkran promo Q2”, and set the start and end dates.
  2. Add a budget and goalRecord the planned spend and a target, such as a number of new contacts or a revenue figure, so you have a baseline to measure against.
  3. Link your assetsAttach the emails, landing pages, forms, social posts, blog articles, ads, and workflows that belong to this push. You can link existing assets or create new ones already tagged to the campaign.
  4. Connect UTM tracking and adsAdd tracking URLs with campaign UTM values and link connected ad accounts so paid clicks and organic traffic report under the same campaign.
  5. Review the rollupAfter launch, open the campaign to read sessions, new and influenced contacts, and deal influence. Compare actuals to your goal and adjust the next round.

FAQ

Common questions

What is a HubSpot campaign?
A HubSpot campaign is a container in Marketing Hub that groups related marketing assets, such as emails, landing pages, forms, ads, social posts, and blog articles, under one name. HubSpot rolls up their performance into a single view so you can measure the initiative as a whole rather than reading each asset separately.
Which assets can I link to a campaign?
You can link marketing emails, landing pages, website pages, forms, calls to action, blog posts, social posts, connected ads, workflows, and external web pages tracked with campaign UTM parameters. Linking is what lets HubSpot aggregate sessions, contacts, and influence across the push.
Is the campaigns tool available on every Marketing Hub tier?
The campaigns tool is part of the paid Marketing Hub tiers, with deeper reporting and more linked assets on higher tiers. The exact limits depend on your subscription, so check your account or current HubSpot pricing for what your tier includes.
What is the difference between new contacts and influenced contacts?
New contacts are people whose first interaction with you came through a campaign asset. Influenced contacts already existed and engaged with a campaign asset somewhere along their journey. Reading both helps you tell whether a campaign is generating fresh demand or nurturing existing interest toward a deal.
How do campaigns help measure pipeline rather than just clicks?
When your Sales Hub deals are connected and tracking is in place, a campaign can show influenced and closed revenue alongside top of funnel metrics. That ties marketing activity to deals it touched, so a team in Bangkok running a LINE, email, and paid push can see which assets actually moved contacts toward booked pipeline.
