HubSpot Forms and Landing Pages

Capture leads with forms and landing pages that write straight into the HubSpot Smart CRM, then follow up automatically.

HubSpot forms and landing pages are lead capture tools that write every submission straight into the Smart CRM. Build a form once, embed it anywhere or drop it onto a landing page made with the drag and drop builder, and each new contact, their field data, and the page they converted on are recorded automatically for follow up.

Pop-up forms

Banner, slide-in, and modal callouts triggered by scroll, exit intent, or time on page.

FAQ

Common questions

Do form submissions go into the CRM automatically?
Yes. Every submission creates or updates a contact record in the Smart CRM, captures the field values, and logs the form and page the person converted on. There is no manual export or sync step.
Can I add a HubSpot form to a website that is not on HubSpot?
Yes. Embedded forms work on most sites, including WordPress, Webflow, and custom builds, by pasting a short snippet. You can also use a collected form to pull submissions from a non HubSpot form into the CRM.
What are smart fields and queued fields?
Smart logic lets a form hide questions a known contact has already answered and show new ones instead, using queued progressive fields. Returning visitors see a shorter form, which tends to lift completion, while you still gather more detail over time.
Are forms and landing pages free?
Forms are available on the free tools, with pop-up forms and basic landing pages included. Smart content, A/B testing, and removing HubSpot branding sit on the paid Marketing Hub tiers.
Can a submission trigger a follow up for a Thai or LINE based audience?
Yes. A submission can fire a kickback email, notify a sales rep, or start a workflow. For teams running LINE in Thailand, that workflow can route the new lead to the channel and owner who handles LINE conversations.
